Clarks Summit University admitted 43%  of students who applied in 2015, and students with good grades and decent test scores are likely to be  admitted. New York City and Philadelphia are each about two hours away. Until recently, the school was known as the Baptist Bible College and Seminary of Pennsylvania. The colleges 131-acre campus includes a 4-acre lake, and outdoor lovers will find many opportunities for kayaking, canoeing, skiing, and hiking near campus. The college is residential, and over 90% of undergraduates live in campus residence halls.
